Shipping Methods and Costs

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the items purchased.
  • Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. Delivery typically occurs within 2-3 business days. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2 PM MST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States using USPS. However, some items may be too large to ship to a P.O. Box and may require a physical address.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at brenda@larkspurlanesoapsandsundries.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange for a replacement.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • Delayed Packages: Shipping times may be affected by weather, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is delayed, please be patient and contact us if the delay exceeds 10 business days.
